The roue, cyr, or simple wheel is a highly dynamic acrobatic wheel prop. It was recently made popular due to Daniel Cyr, who burst onto the scene with a silver medal performance at the 2003 Festival Mondial du Cirque de Demain.
Manufacture of the cyr wheel has now progressed to fully PVC-coated aluminium, 5 piece designs that are easily assembled and disassembled. 20 bolts and a hex/allen key are included.
Five different sizes are available. Please ensure that the internal diameter of the wheel you choose is approximately the performer's height + 10-15cm.
